Dear Sir!

On behalf of the gallery committee of the Munich Secession we are honored to tell you that our gallery painting Man & Girl will be cleared for further exhibition in Budapest if you meet the stipulations that have been defined in this context.
These are: full insurance for the work with a value of 4000.– marks against fire and theft, transport and partial damages at no cost for us.
We must therefore ask you to confirm your compliance with our stipulations in writing.
