Unfortunately not on display at the moment
There was hardly any area of artistic creativity to which Koloman Moser (1868–1918), who had initially studied painting, did not apply his boundless wealth of ideas. Apart from various interiors, jewelry, graphic works and paintings, the “master of a thousand arts” also designed stage sets. This drawing is part of a series of eleven colored stage set designs that cannot be assigned to any particular theater project and whose unusual style differs from Moser’s previous designs.
