Dear Madam!

I have just read about the incredible misery
that has struck yourself and your
dear mother. Please accept our
heartfelt condolences. If only there was
a way to comfort you, but only time

can do that. It is simply horrendous what
befalls some of us. Please give my
warmest regards to your poor mother.
I am deeply feeling for you and sending
you my best regards,
