Dear Mama. We received your card on Monday morning, when we were ready to leave, so we could not come to see you on Sunday. I hope you will be alone next time we come to Vienna and that you will be so kind as to visit us. Unfortunately we have so little time, otherwise we would love to come see you. Best regards to Mela [Melanie Schiele], regards and kisses to you from Egon [Schiele] and myself. Yours, Edith
