Translation of the Transcription:

Dear Adolf!
Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on the new arrival, may he grow and bring you joy. Give my regards to your wife, I hope that her weeks in childbed will pass pleasantly. The uncle adds his best wishes for the health of the little one and sends his affectionate regards. Mother must be delighted with her grandchild, it is the first Schiele on father’s side. Give Louise my best, tell her to write a few lines to me.
