Mörtschach, 30th July 1918.

Dear Mr. Schiele!
My card has not been sent
from Heiligenblut, because
the weather did not
permit me to travel thus far,
but from Mörtschach
in the Möll Valley, still 4 hours
away from Heiligenblut.
Everything here breathes peace
and, alas, the shooting outside
must continue. Will return home
tomorrow morning. Yours,
