Transcription:

Dear Mr. Potbelly!
So you must be doing very well and I’m sure you are ardently pursuing your favorite occupation. I have received your card and I thank you for it, I was beginning to think you had forgotten your oldest sister altogether. Unfortunately, we will have to spend the fine season in Vienna this year. So, do enjoy your holiday and go on many excursions. I talked to your colleague Hammer yesterday he sends his regards and says he would be delighted to receive a card from you.
Many kisses and regards to you and aunt & uncle,
your sister Mela.

Gigi the Toad and Mr. König send their regards and are looking forward to seeing you.

[in a foreign hand:]
Best regards,
Gerti
