12th Aug. 1918.

Dear Mr. Schiele.
Your kind letter from the 5th of this month has been forwarded to me from Vienna. I will return to Vienna in early September and then we will meet to discuss the details of the planned project. For this I will need the directive of the Hagenbund committee.
I hope that both parties will strike a happy medium for the benefit of the Viennese art world.
