Translation of the Transcription:

23rd July
Dear Sir!
Because of a postponed portrait sitting it will be impossible for me to come to the Café Museum on Thursday. I will be at my studio from ½ 6 to ½ 8 in the evening, however, should it suit the gentlemen. I cannot leave my studio in the mornings for the time being. Maybe we could meet at your studio in the evening one of these days? I will leave for 4 weeks on Wednesday; it would be good to meet – before that. I would be delighted if you could join us for a game of skittles today, Wednesday, from 5 to 9 in the evening (at the inn Gasthaus Fritsch on the corner of Penzingerstraße – Nisselgasse). The skittle alley is in the garden.

Please confirm the meeting by telephone in advance around 2–3 p.m. 33371. Director’s office
Regards,
Yours, Stemolak
