Dear A. P. [Anton Peschka],
According to the Ministry of War Presidential Office Decree No. 34.1.62 from 1917, you as academic painter can be commanded as such for the compilation of the regiment’s history. Don’t be cross that I made you wait that long, I was only notified yesterday. Have patience! For our graphics exhibition in Prague, I took 9 of your sheets, of which a nude drawing from 1916 for K [Kronen] 100 – and a drawing of a southern location for K 60 – were already purchased from me. Write immediately when you get the letter. Warmest greetings EGON.
